Almost no cheating at all on this one… sort of… Traditional contour drawing allows the artist to look back down if e has to lift the pencil up, in order to find where to put it back down. So whenever i did that i zoomed my screen in so the next line would fill the screen. Made proportions easier and, by old-skool totally-do-not-take-touchscreens-into-account rules, not cheating.
Still looks atrocious, though.
