The Malrompita line is actually a basic skeletal ‘bot, rather than a complete android. She was originally designed for battle, as the ability to swap out parts easily means she is both easily repaired and highly adaptable for different situations; however, she’s been more or less repurposed as the first personal ‘bot any wanna-be AI expert plays around with. Skeletons are a dime a dozen on the black market and most amateur mechanics find it easier and cheaper to build or buy a single Malrompita part at a time than to buy a whole ‘bot of any other model.
