I used to play around with the character generators on Seventh Sanctum for art ideas. The other day i was thinking it would be a fun challenge to hit the “random” button and give myself fifteen minutes to design a character. First up: Vampires.
This sinful female vampire has beady chocolate-colored eyes. Her fine, wavy, black hair is long and is worn in a simple, precise style. She has an elegant build. Her skin is deeply-tanned. She can turn her blood into weapons. She is repelled by holy symbols. She susbists on human flesh and blood.

I figured a girl like that would be right at home in a Vegas strip club. Do a little dancin’… take a boy home from the club… and then OH SNAP! Some middle-aged guy isn’t going to make it home from his “business trip.”
I love the bit about turning her blood into weapons, though i couldn’t figure out a way to represent the transformation from blood to blade in a fifteen-minute sketch. I settled for a few scars on her arms, from where she scratched herself in order to bring forth the blood she needed to fight Vegas’ notorious vampire hunters.
