I’m actually not sure how common the “M” hand symbol is in Moscow – i’ve only ever seen it once.
Then again, i’ve only been to Moscow once, for one day, two and a half years ago. And that one day was not exactly spent hanging with Muskovite hip-hop elite.
But – i don’t know of any hand signs for St. Petersburg. And i had to do something to celebrate finally getting my hands on the latest copy of Time Magazine.
